Refunds — fair & simple.

A 14-day refund window on annual plans, no refund on prorated months. Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid SmartPluvia subscriptions (Lite and Pro tiers), purchased via Paddle (global) or WayForPay (Ukraine). Free tier accounts are not subject to this policy.

Eligibility Window

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank or card processor settlement times may add additional delay. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Exceptions

Refunds are not granted for: (a) subscriptions older than 14 days, (b) monthly plans (cancel anytime, no proration), (c) marketplace template purchases (digital goods, final sale), (d) accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations, or (e) partial-month usage on annual plans.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

How to Request

Email support@smartpluvia.com from the address linked to your account. Include your order ID (from the purchase confirmation email) and the reason for the refund. We respond within two business days.
