Yes! SmartPluvia offers a free tier that includes core design features. Paid tiers (Lite, Pro, Business) unlock additional capabilities such as PDF export without watermarks, more projects, and advanced features like collaborative editing and IoT integration.

SmartPluvia supports 20 languages: English, Ukrainian, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Turkish, Hebrew, Dutch, Greek, Hungarian, Czech, Romanian, Slovak, Swedish, Croatian, and Bulgarian.

SmartPluvia works in all modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Mobile browsers are also supported with a responsive layout.

Select a sprinkler type and nozzle from the catalog panel, then click on the canvas to place it. You can drag sprinklers to reposition them and adjust arc angles and radius. The onboarding tutorial walks you through this step by step.

Head-to-head coverage means each sprinkler's spray reaches the adjacent sprinkler. This ensures uniform water distribution across your lawn and is considered a best practice in professional irrigation design.

SmartPluvia automatically calculates hydraulics using the Hazen-Williams formula. It computes pressure loss through pipes and validates that your system meets flow and pressure requirements. You can view the hydraulic report in the project analytics panel.

SmartPluvia includes catalogs from four major brands: Hunter (63 models), Rain Bird (45 models), Gardena (29 models), and Toro (28 models) — totaling 165 nozzle models. We also have 33 valve models and extended catalogs for pipes, fittings, filters, and more.

Open your project in the planner and click the "Export PDF" button. Free tier exports include a SmartPluvia watermark. Paid tiers get clean, watermark-free exports.

Yes. SmartPluvia uses JWT authentication, enforces security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options), and stores project data securely in PostgreSQL. We do not use tracking cookies — only privacy-friendly Plausible Analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Yes. SmartPluvia supports importing AutoCAD DXF files so you can use existing site plans as a base for your irrigation design. Upload your DXF file from the planner toolbar.

Yes. SmartPluvia offers a public API for hydraulic calculations and bill of materials (BOM) generation. API access is available on paid tiers with API key authentication and rate limiting.
